4-star hotel in Carcassonne: a unique historic setting.

The Pont-Levis Hôtelhas all the charm of an 18th-century building with the modern conveniences of a 4-star establishment. Initially an inn and then a museum, the building has now been entirely renovated and modernised; it was converted into an upscale hotel in 2013.

Since 2016, it's at the behest of double Michelin-starred Chef Franck Putelat. This is just the latest of a series of establishments set up by the restaurateur, including “Le Parc” hotel and his Michelin-starred restaurant “Table de Franck Putelat” by the walls of the Historic Fortified City, as well as his “Brasserie A 4 Temps” at the Bastide Saint-Louis gate in the historic heart of Carcassonne.
